Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information associated with Aruba Tourist Channel services, surveys, campaign entries or website interactions.

How to request deletion

Email ishwar@arubatc.com with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us which service or account the request concerns and provide enough information for us to locate the record. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

What happens next

We will verify the request where necessary, delete or anonymize information that we control, and reply when the request has been completed. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, financial records or the resolution of disputes.

Survey information

Survey answers are kept separate from optional prize-entry contact details. Research records may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form. Technical security records may have separate retention periods.
