ROYAL VILLA is a 5 min drive to Palm Beach – rated 3rd Best Beach in the world! This one-of-a-kind 3,500 sq ft villa is newly renovated, bright, spacious and relaxingly modern. This is a REAL villa that will make you feel royal! Electronic entry gates in a very safe residential neighbourhood. Grand entrance foyer: open concept with 30′ ceilings.
French door walkouts to deck and pool area from living room, kitchen and guest bedroom. Newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, living room with flat screen tv, washer/dryer; main floor guest bedroom with direct pool walk-out, double sink main bath. 2nd floor boasts a huge master bedroom with walkout balcony + a second guest bedroom with balcony. 3rd floor has its own bath and king bed. Every bedroom is spacious and new ac. All windows are screened for caribbean cross- breezes in the main living areas. Your own large private pool area has a large covered porch and bbq pit/gas bbq.
This Villa is available for long-term rentals as well as vacation rentals (rates for vacation rental will follow soon)
Low season (Sept – Dec 17) 329 USD per night
Mid Season (May – August) 339 USD per night
High Season (January – April)
Week 50 500 USD per night
Holiday week 51 and 52(Christmas/New Year) 500 USD per night
Rental rate + $150 cleaning fee (per 7 days) are subject to 9.5% Tourist Tax + $3 per night/per bedroom.
For utilities is charged $7 per person per night. Utilities are included in the rental price, based on normal use.
A refundable security deposit in the amount of 500 USD/week is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Extra person charge of 50 USD per night for more than 6 guests in the villa
Additional charge of 50 USD per night is applicable with reservations less than 5 nights.
35% deposit required at time of reservation;
Full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation policy
If your reservation is cancelled > 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations 2-6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be non-refundable.
For cancellations receive <2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date (or no shows), the complete payment will be non-refundable.
