3. Roles & Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Ensure your email and contact details are correct
- Review all booking details before confirming
- Comply with hotel rules and local laws
Our Responsibilities

- Displays hotel information as received from suppliers
- Processes bookings through LiteAPI
- Sends confirmation emails and booking vouchers
- Provides customer support for changes or cancellations
Supplier Responsibilities
Hotels and suppliers:
- Control room availability, pricing, and hotel policies
- Fulfill the reservation at check-in
- Provide the accommodation and services purchased
4. Booking Process
When you complete a reservation:
- You submit a booking request through ArubaTouristChannel.com
- LiteAPI verifies price and availability with the supplier
- The supplier confirms, rejects, or adjusts the booking
- A confirmation voucher is issued to your email
A booking is not confirmed until the voucher is issued.
If a booking cannot be confirmed, you will receive:
- A full refund (if payment was already processed), and
- Assistance to find an alternative accommodation
5. Payments
Payment rules depend on the supplier and the room type selected.
By booking a room, you authorize:
- ArubaTouristChannel.com (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method, and
- LiteAPI to transmit payment and reservation details to the relevant supplier
All prices displayed are:
- Based on live rates provided by hotel suppliers
- Subject to availability
- Inclusive of mandatory taxes unless specified otherwise
6. Modifications & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be submitted through:
- Your account area, or
- Customer support
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type and are clearly stated during booking.
Refunds, when applicable:
- Are processed through the original payment method
- Follow supplier rules
- May take 2–10 business days depending on bank processing times
7. Overbooking, Rejection, or Supplier Error
In rare cases, a reservation may be:
- Rejected by the supplier
- Not confirmed due to inventory issues
- Incorrectly priced
- Affected by system errors
When this occurs:
- We will notify you immediately
- You will receive a full refund
- We will assist you with alternative options
ArubaTouristChannel.com is not liable for losses caused by supplier rejection or hotel unavailability.
8. Hotel Information & Accuracy
We display hotel descriptions, photos, amenities, and policies as provided by the hotel or supplier.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of hotel descriptions
- Availability of specific amenities
- Room configuration
- Renovations or temporary closures
Hotels may modify facilities without notice.
9. Traveler Requirements
Guests are responsible for:
- Meeting passport, visa, or vaccination requirements
- Following hotel rules
- Providing valid identification at check-in
- Paying incidentals (resort fees, deposits, taxes, etc.) directly to the hotel
Some hotels may require:

11. Property Listing Eligibility
Only legally licensed accommodation businesses may be listed on ArubaTouristChannel.com.
Unlicensed rentals, private homes, and peer-to-peer rentals (e.g., Airbnb-style properties) are not permitted.
We may request documentation at any time and remove any listing that does not comply.
12. Privacy
All personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
LiteAPI and authorized suppliers are permitted to receive relevant booking information for fulfillment.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Aruba, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
