Significant Contribution to Aruba’s Tourism: Jessica Lacle Celebrates 35 Years in Hospitality Service

Jessica Lacle commemorates her 35-year anniversary in Aruba's hospitality industry. Starting as an assistant comptroller at the Timesharing Playa Linda Beach Resort at 20, she later became an internal auditor at Faro Blanco Restaurant. Jessica is praised for her positive attitude, dedication, and assistance in operational roles. She received acknowledgments from the Minister of Tourism and Public Health and the restaurant's director.

ORANJESTAD – It has been 35 years since Jessica Lacle completed her schooling and then embarked on her career in the hospitality industry. At just 20 years old, Jessica began her career in the accounting department of the Timesharing Playa Linda Beach Resort project, where after only 16 months, she obtained the position of assistant comptroller.

In 1999, Jessica changed projects and, along with the General Manager of the hotel at that time, continued in the industry, this time as an internal auditor at Faro Blanco Restaurant. Always willing to learn and open to change, Jessica has navigated different challenges and new management systems with a positive mindset. She has always mastered her work and also made time to assist in operational tasks at Faro Blanco Restaurant, where she is undoubtedly highly regarded by the entire team. In a very pleasant atmosphere, Jessica, accompanied by colleagues and her family, celebrated her 35 years of service and significant contribution to Aruba’s tourism. Jessica received a special recognition for her tireless work from the Minister of Tourism and Public Health, Mr. Dangui Oduber, as well as from the Director of Faro Blanco Restaurant, Mrs. Betty Werleman.
