- Free Shopping for Kids: Partners with the Creciendo Foundation on the Treasure Boutique Thrift Shop project, providing free shopping opportunities for kids. The initiative aims to support over 1,100 children and their families.
- Employment Support for Parents: Through a partnership with a local employment agency, parents are provided assistance to secure job opportunities and regain financial stability.
- Workshops for Skill Development: The program includes initiatives for skill development, encouraging adults to improve their abilities while supporting their families.
- Creative Therapeutic Programs for Children: Kids can participate in creative therapy sessions designed to nurture their mental and emotional well-being.
- Accessible Coaching for Families: The initiative provides coaching services to ensure families have the tools they need to thrive together.
Teaching Kids Financial Literacy
An engaging element of this program is teaching kids about budgeting and money management. Children are given “fake money” with a total value of $115, which they can use to shop for items priced at $0.50 each. This hands-on activity fosters essential financial skills while ensuring they receive what they need.
