1000 gramos de carne para guiso
4 pedazos de mazorca
4 pedazos de yuca medianos
8 o 10 papa sabanera o roja peladas
2 plátanos verdes o pintones
1 cebolla larga o un atado de spring onions
1 manojo de cilantro
2 cubos de caldo de carne
1 cucharada de triguisar o adobo completo
1 cucharadita de comino en polvo
1 cucharadita de pasta de ajo
2 litros de agua aproximadamente
Sal y pimienta al gusto

En una olla grande poner el agua a hervir a fuego alto, agregar los condimentos y la carne.
Cuando ya haya cocinado la carne por 1 hora agregar los otros ingredientes.
Dejar cocinar por otros 30 minutos mas o hasta que la papa, yuca y plátano esten blandos pero no desleidos. Servir caliente.
