The much-anticipated annual yearend celebration was filled with joy, entertainment, and delightful surprises. La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino associates came together to celebrate their successes to the beats spun by DJ Crossfire, and the infectious music provided by Jerrino Bass & D’Licious. Associates warmed up for an evening of surprises by posing for the 360 photobooth by Flashback and wore out their dance shoes with the Taxi Dancers, available to take to the dancefloor at any time. Every aspect of the evening resonated with joy and high spirits.

During the event, top performers of the resort were recognized. These exceptional individuals and teams exemplify the dedication, commitment, and excellence that define the La Cabana family members. 

The 2023 superstars were Associate of the Year, 1st Runner Up, Rowald Vasquez, Bell Services; Associate of the Year, Christian Diaz, Loss Prevention; Supervisor of the Year, Gregorio Milton, Loss Prevention; Leader of the Year, Amaris Werleman, Accounting, and Team of the Year, Pool & Beach.

It was a memorable night in which the resort extended its heartfelt thanks to all associates for contributing to the success and high level of hospitality at the resort. A toast for 2024, wished for another year of accomplishments, growth, and shared moments of joy!

The highlight of the night unfolded with a grand surprise announcement from our esteemed General Manager, Joe Najjar who revealed a heartwarming gesture from the Board of Directors. In an expression of deep gratitude and unwavering support for the hard work and dedication of the associates, the board of director extended a generous gift of Awg 1,000 to every full-time associate and manager—an act that resonated profoundly in the hearts of all those attending the gala.
